73 radio was founded by John Cecil in 2026. He loves finding new new music, being transported to another time via old staples, creating playlists, and hearing what other people are listening to. So... 73 Radio was born! When he's not here John is making art and designing design.
Do you have an Instagram or newsletter?
No we do not. We here at 73 radio believe the internet has become incredibly overwhelming and would like things to be a little more simplified. If you would like to contact us our email is [email protected] and if you are looking for a way to be notified when new playlists are posted, it will always be on the 1st of the month 12 months a year, so maybe write it in your calendar or put a note on your fridge or tell your first-born child to remember or test your own memory!
Why 73?
John really likes the number 73 for some reason, kind of just the way it looks and sounds? Idk he's weird, but also in ham radio lingo 73 originally meant "My love to you!" <3
